By accessing or using Omara, provided by Phanvic Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Omara on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization.

2. AI Disclaimer

Omara utilizes artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can occasionally produce incorrect or misleading information ("hallucinations"). Users should verify critical IT instructions, especially those involving irreversible system changes (e.g., data deletion, reformatting). Phanvic Inc. is not liable for data loss resulting from unverified execution of AI suggestions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or underlying infrastructure.
• Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

4. Service Availability

We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for significant operational issues. However, maintenance windows and unforeseen provider outages (e.g., upstream AI API failures) may cause temporary disruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phanvic Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Omara platform.
